Sales Consultant - Surgery – Romandie Region, Switzerland - Biosurgery Portfolio
Join our Surgery business unit and become part of a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This field-based role covers the Romandie region, where you will work closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions that help transform patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets within the Biosurgery portfolio.
- Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery.
- Introduce new product innovations and strengthen the adoption of existing product lines.
- Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
- Grow market share in the portfolio across the Romandie region.
- Ensure high-quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product use.
- Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnership, training, and service excellence.
Qualifications – Required
- University degree (Uni/FH).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment.
- Experience specifically in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, CV, and/or surgery.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-driven, solution-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows.
