Responsibilities
- Lead a team in the areas of mechanics and electronics.
- Manage and supervise maintenance and repair operations.
- Ensure plant safety and compliance with relevant processes.
- Plan and execute mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation of new systems and modifications.
- Support the supervisor with investment requests.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training in mechanics or electrical fields.
- Further training in maintenance is an advantage.
- Leadership experience and knowledge of business management.
- Experience with system controls as well as measurement and control technology.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- High resilience and flexibility in thinking.
- Analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and understand complex technical relationships.
