How You Can Make a Difference
- Play a key role within a multidisciplinary team in the development of new and complex products, spanning the entire product life cycle.
- Independently create product visions and strategies for complex products and features.
- Identify, quantify, and prioritize customer problems, ensuring development aligns with customer needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Contribute actively to market introductions, including the value proposition and market presence throughout the life cycle.
- Manage stakeholders in complex projects independently.
- Verify and validate requirements with international users and stakeholders.
- Continuously collect and prioritize feedback from customers and stakeholders for ongoing improvement.
- Measure KPIs for complex products and features.
What You Bring
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to present and communicate complex information.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit to work with various departments and stakeholders.
- A goal-oriented, independent approach to work.
- Team-oriented mindset with interdisciplinary thinking.
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs, product development, sales, and marketing is an advantage.
- Experience in Respiratory Care/Intensive Care and an existing network with relevant users is a plus.
