Your Impact

As a key player in our team, you will:

• Define and drive AI integration across our product portfolio.
• Identify customer needs and value drivers using Machine Learning and AI, translating them into requirements and roadmaps for new features, products, and services.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through implementation across all development stages.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D teams in Switzerland, Romania, Germany, and the United States.
• Act as an AI ambassador and internal advisor, enabling product teams to integrate AI effectively without assuming ownership of their individual products.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring the following:

• A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in liquid handling and robotics, clinical diagnostics, and/or life sciences.
• Proven practical experience working with AI tools and translating AI capabilities into valuable applications or workflows.
• A strong understanding of data-driven products, software ecosystems, and machine learning concepts.
• Fluency in German is mandatory; strong English skills are necessary for international collaboration.
