Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to inspire and guide our team across various domains, including brand, design, digital marketing, technical writing, and multimedia production.
- Lead and inspire the team in various marketing disciplines.
- Develop and implement B2B marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and annual KPIs.
- Drive the creation of impactful content and assets for product campaigns, technical materials, videos, and digital channels.
- Define and ensure effective digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, ensuring data-driven performance and continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns focusing on brand awareness and lead generation across digital, print, video, and events.
- Align closely with Hamilton US on global initiatives, tools, and shared marketing platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Robotics Business Unit, partnering with product management, sales, and leadership to fuel innovation and market growth.
- Define and track performance metrics, analyze results, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities.
- Act with a customer-centric focus, traveling to meet important stakeholders in the EMEA region with travel time estimated at 5-10%.
- As this role is of strategic importance, a regular on-site presence in Bonaduz is required. Following a successful onboarding process, we offer the flexibility to work from home up to 20% of the time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in technology, life sciences, or robotics.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, product marketing, and campaign development.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, project management, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
