Opportunity: Senior AI Software Engineer / AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer / AI Solution Architect who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience in Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in applying modern AI capabilities, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), to real-world products.

This role is hands-on and focuses on engineering rather than being purely conceptual or research-oriented. The successful candidate will actively build, experiment, and deliver production-ready software while contributing to the strategic adoption of AI across products and teams.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI and machine learning applications into current and future products.
• Contribute to internal AI capabilities, tooling, and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Foster a culture of mentoring and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and working with AI/Machine Learning.
• Proficient in programming and engineering skills (C#, Python, TypeScript, Java, Go).
• Practical experience with large language models (LLMs, AI APIs, and integration).
• Strong communication skills across technical and business landscapes.
• A mentoring and coaching mindset.
• Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Proficient in English (C1), with German (B2) as a plus.
