Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic leader to guide and inspire our team across various disciplines, including brand, design, digital marketing, technical writing, and multimedia production.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to drive creativity and innovation.
- Develop and implement B2B marketing communication strategies that align with business objectives and annual KPIs.
- Drive the creation of impactful content and assets for product campaigns, technical materials, videos, and digital channels.
- Define and oversee digital marketing efforts, encompassing website performance, SEO/SEM, social media, and email—ensuring data-driven performance and continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aimed at brand awareness and lead generation across digital, print, video, and events.
- Collaborate closely with Hamilton US on global initiatives, tools, and shared marketing platforms.
- Partner with product management, sales, and leadership within the Robotics Business Unit to foster innovation and market growth.
- Define and track performance metrics, analyze results, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach by traveling to meet important stakeholders in EMEA and attending events, with travel time estimated at 5-10%.
- This role is of strategic importance, requiring regular on-site presence in Bonaduz. Following successful onboarding, we offer the flexibility to work from home up to 20% of the time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably within technology, life sciences, or robotics.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, product marketing, and campaign development.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, project management, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an asset.
