BeeBoo is seeking a warm, proactive, and experienced nanny to join a family in Vandœuvres for a long-term position. The family values building a genuine relationship of trust with their children and is expecting their second child, due in November 2026.
The ideal nanny will begin working approximately 50% of the time, allowing for a gradual integration into the family routine and fostering a strong bond with the eldest child. This role will transition to a full-time position once the new baby arrives.
The family is searching for a loving, gentle, and caring individual who is naturally at ease with children and possesses solid experience caring for newborns. The nanny should also enjoy engaging with a 5-year-old through creative activities, games, outings, and other age-appropriate pursuits that support the child’s development.
Beyond childcare responsibilities, the family appreciates a candidate with a genuine family-oriented mindset, who enjoys contributing to a smoothly running household. The ideal nanny will be proactive, organized, and able to anticipate the family's needs.
While the family already employs staff responsible for housekeeping, the nanny will naturally contribute to daily family life by tidying up after the children, running small errands, and occasionally preparing meals, including dinner for the family.
The position is expected to commence as soon as possible at approximately 50%, with the schedule to be mutually agreed upon before transitioning to a full-time role of around 40 to 45 hours per week.
In the long term, the schedule will be organized from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility depending on the family's needs, which may include occasional later hours, such as 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Flexibility is a key requirement, as some periods may be busier than others based on the family's schedule and the children's needs. There may also be occasional opportunities for evening or weekend babysitting.
The nanny should be comfortable traveling and willing to occasionally accompany the family on trips.
