EXPERIENCED NANNY – ENGLISH-SPEAKING, DRIVER & FLEXIBLE TO TRAVEL WITH THE FAMILY – PERMANENT 50% POSITION – GENEVA 1204 – ASAP

Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 pm–6:00 pm

BeeBoo is in search of an experienced, dynamic, attentive, and proactive nanny to care for a 2-year-old girl in Geneva. The child will be attending nursery school in the mornings from Tuesday to Friday, allowing the nanny to take over in the afternoons until the parents return home.

The family is seeking someone who can provide high-quality, stimulating care tailored to the developmental needs of a very active 2-year-old. Engaging outings, games, and age-appropriate activities should form a fundamental part of the afternoons spent together.

Moreover, the parents desire a candidate with whom they can build a long-term relationship for their daughter. Flexibility in terms of working hours and responsibilities is preferred.

WORKING HOURS

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 1:00 pm–6:00 pm
Total of 20 hours per week – 50% position.
Mondays are off.

Some flexibility may be required to occasionally lengthen the working day or accommodate additional family needs, pending prior discussion with the nanny.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The nanny’s responsibilities will include:

• Caring for the child after nursery school
• Ensuring her well-being, safety, and daily routines
• Providing varied, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities
• Organizing outings, walks, games, and developmental activities
• Encouraging her independence and supporting her development
• Preparing and serving snacks and meals, as necessary
• Caring for her hygiene and comfort
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of her belongings and spaces
• Maintaining smooth communication with the parents to ensure consistency in her routines

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The family is looking for a candidate who:

• Has proven experience caring for children around 2 years old, ideally in a nanny role
• Is flexible and available to travel with the family
• Is dynamic, energetic, and naturally proactive
• Is gentle, warm, and attentive, with the ability to engage and stimulate a young child
• Can take initiative and spontaneously suggest activities
• Is reliable, punctual, organized, and autonomous
• Would ideally make this position their primary professional commitment while maintaining flexibility for the family
• Has a very good level of English, particularly in spoken form
• Holds a driving license (advantageous but not essential)

Reasonable use of a mobile phone during work hours is expected to prioritize attentive care and meaningful engagement with the child.
