Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

BeeBoo is seeking an experienced, dynamic, attentive, and proactive nanny for a family based in Geneva to care for their 2-year-old daughter.

The child attends kindergarten in the mornings from Tuesday to Friday, and the nanny will take over each afternoon, providing nurturing and engaging care until the parents return.

The family is primarily looking for someone who can deliver high-quality, stimulating care tailored to the development of their active 2-year-old. Engaging outings, games, educational activities, and shared moments will shape the afternoons.

Working Hours

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Total: 20 hours per week (50% position)
• Monday: Day off

A degree of flexibility is appreciated to occasionally extend a day or meet additional family needs, in agreement with the nanny.

Responsibilities

The nanny will be responsible for:

• Taking care of the child after kindergarten
• Ensuring her well-being, safety, and routines
• Suggesting various stimulating activities appropriate for her age
• Organizing outings, walks, games, and educational activities
• Encouraging her autonomy and supporting her development
• Preparing and serving her snacks and meals when needed
• Monitoring her hygiene and comfort
• Keeping her belongings and spaces clean and organized
• Communicating effectively with the parents to ensure continuity in her routines

Desired Profile

The family is looking for someone who:

• Has confirmed experience with children around 2 years old, ideally as a nanny in private families
• Is flexible to travel with the family
• Is dynamic, energetic, and naturally proactive
• Is sweet, warm, and attentive while stimulating a young child
• Can take initiative and propose activities spontaneously
• Is reliable, punctual, organized, and autonomous
• Is ideally seeking to make this position their main activity for family availability
• Has a very good level of English, ideally with excellent oral proficiency
• Holds a driving license (preferable but not essential)

Reasonable use of the phone during care hours is expected to prioritize attentive presence and interactions with the child.

Flexibility & Travel

The family may occasionally offer the opportunity for the nanny to accompany them on trips, particularly to Italy or Chamonix, with prior arrangements made.

A valid passport is recommended, and while a driving license is advantageous for travel, it is not essential as the family can arrange transportation otherwise.
