Job Purpose

Aiglon College, a premier international boarding school situated in the Swiss Alps, provides a holistic education within a caring and supportive framework. Our CIS-accredited institution caters to around 500 students aged 7-18 representing 70 nationalities, who prepare for IGCSEs and the IB Diploma Programme.

Departmental Management

• Implement a clear vision for the curriculum in Physical Education and Sport.
• Develop and manage the strategic plan for the faculty.
• Line manage relevant faculty members while supporting their development.
• Promote inter-school and inter-house sports programs effectively.
• Monitor and improve the quality of teaching and coaching.
• Oversee the organization of tournaments, fixtures, and school sporting events.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote faculty initiatives.
