Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Collaboration

  • Deliver a world-class experience that nurtures character, curiosity, and community.

Strategic Leadership & Programme Design

  • Lead the design and strategic oversight of the Classic Summer Camp programmes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), collect feedback, and enhance the programmes continuously.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the global summer camp market.

Staffing & Leadership

  • Promote a culture of professionalism and accountability among all staff.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for the Classic Summer Camp and the Wellbeing Team.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive induction and training programmes.

Student Experience & Safeguarding

  • Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies, creating a safe and supportive environment.
  • Oversee student wellbeing throughout the camp.
  • Manage incidents, complaints, and sensitive cases while maintaining communication with families and leadership.

Operations & Facilities Management

  • Support transport, bookings, and resource management.
  • Oversee operational handover of School facilities and equipment.
  • Assist in the management of specific courses as required.

Risk Management & Health Safety

  • Ensure robust risk management and crisis response frameworks are in place.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance, conducting necessary risk assessments.

Financial Management

  • Manage the budget for the Classic Summer Camp programmes.
  • Monitor market trends to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Ensure all expenditure complies with School policies and governance.

General Communication and Administration

  • Implement effective systems for administration and communication within the Department.
  • Maintain correspondence in both French and English as required.
  • Organize departmental archiving and produce necessary reports.

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist in operating whole school events as required.
  • Uphold the ethos and values of the school, demonstrating respect for all colleagues.
  • Implement all school policies and procedures, particularly those regarding the safeguarding of children.
