Chemist – Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Technology
Amrize is seeking a skilled Chemist with expertise in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA). This position involves the development, optimization, and scaling of innovative adhesive formulations, along with support for both research and development (R&D) and production teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop new PSA formulations
- Contribute to R&D and innovation projects
- Assist in the industrialization and launch of products
- Optimize product quality and process efficiency
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in PSA chemistry
- Strong knowledge of polymer and organic chemistry
- Laboratory and testing experience
- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
