Uniworld Boutique River Cruises owns and operates a fleet of eleven intimate, boutique river cruise ships navigating the picturesque European waterways, exclusively serving English-speaking clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigating the ship in accordance with company guidelines and safety regulations.
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew on board.
- Managing the maintenance of our ships during the operational season and winter.
- Professionally leading and managing the Nautical Team.
- Facilitating communication on board with the Hotel Manager and Cruise Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role on the Rhine-Main-Danube route.
- Familiarity with Z-Drive systems is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Possession of a license for the Rhine up to Mainz and/or the Danube.
- Innovative, flexible, and proactive leadership skills, combined with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Fluent communication skills in German and/or English for business transactions.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A willingness to learn and grow in your role.
