Your Tasks
As the operational manager of the catering department, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational management of the catering department
- Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy
- Leading a team of approximately 10 individuals
- Creating work plans for efficient task distribution
- Planning, organizing, and executing events in the field of restoration
- Managing orders and inventory effectively
- Working during weekends and evenings as required
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further qualifications to lead the restoration department
- Professional and managerial experience of at least 5 years in the gastronomy sector
- A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a high level of empathy towards the elderly and those with health challenges
- Strong commitment to service and an ability to work independently
- Team spirit and flexibility to adapt to various situations
