Your Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end intralogistics, inventory control, and warehouse management processes, including daily replenishment of production storage locations.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods; ensure documentation and quality checks meet our standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and regular cycle counts, ensuring that physical stock consistently matches the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics ERP Master Data and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing to optimize inventory levels and facilitate a smooth interface between the warehouse and manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes and take a leading role in optimization projects.
• Act as backup for our Logistician by preparing and packing shipments and conducting the 4-eye outgoing inspection when necessary.

Your Profile

• Completed logistics apprenticeship with further education; a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management and intralogistics, ideally within a technical or precision manufacturing environment.
• Solid hands-on experience with warehouse-related ERP modules; familiarity with Odoo is an advantage.
• Proven track record in process optimization and lean management, with a demonstrated ability to lead improvement initiatives.
• Independent, structured, and conscientious working style with strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
