Job Description
- Recruitment Leadership: Drive our hiring journey and create an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers as the first face of Climeworks.
- Operational Recruiting: Own the full recruiting cycle from active sourcing to candidate assessment and preparation of offers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a sparring partner for our hiring managers and take the lead in candidate assessments.
- Team Management: Lead a recruitment intern who will support you in advertising, scheduling, and daily operative tasks.
- Process Innovation: Bring in your ideas and expertise to shape or re-shape recruitment and employer branding processes.
- Culture & Engagement: Enhance our culture by running initiatives like our culture survey and translating insights into concrete actions that foster an inspiring and inclusive workplace.
Your Story
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience: At least two years of in-house recruitment experience managing the full process; additional agency experience in engineering/science is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of active sourcing and modern recruitment practices.
- Your Strengths: Customer-focused, agile, dynamic, with a self-starter mindset and a positive attitude.
- Languages: Fluent in English with good German skills.

Formalities
This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, and we require that you work onsite at least three days per week.
