Ideal Candidate Profile

The perfect candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Preferred knowledge of Radisson, with experience in the Emma PMS system
  • Enthusiasm and a collaborative team spirit
  • A service-oriented mindset
  • A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Main Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards; anticipating and addressing service needs with genuine appreciation.
  • Processing guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
  • Managing all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
  • Handling all check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges.
  • Answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Providing guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions.
  • Running daily reports to track arrivals and departures, identifying special requests, and ensuring report accuracy.
  • Completing designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system; counting cash at the beginning and end of shifts, and balancing receipts per accounting specifications.
  • Organizing all end-of-day tasks necessary to facilitate the night audit.
