From 25th June to 10th August 2026, Beau Soleil invites you to join our Summer Camp, a place filled with excitement and joy! We welcome children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe into an exceptional environment that challenges, encourages, and supports them in a myriad of activities. The Beau Soleil Summer Camp offers an unforgettable experience where international friendships flourish and participants build their self-confidence. Our success hinges on the remarkable individuals we employ!
Your Mission
As a Section Head, you will lead a dynamic team of monitors, overseeing either our Junior, Teen, or Senior campers. You will inspire your team to unleash their creativity and leadership skills, ensuring that both monitors and campers enjoy their time while fulfilling their responsibilities. Our Summer Camp staff are enthusiastic and motivated individuals who love to share their vibrant spirit with the children!
Your Responsibilities
- Lead camp monitors by setting a positive example and providing ongoing support to enhance their performance.
- Organize and oversee the daily camp plan, ensuring activities are coordinated and staff are prepared.
- Supervise daily activities to engage campers and maintain safety while monitoring camp staff.
- Act as the main communication point between monitors and camp management, efficiently addressing concerns.
- Delegate tasks effectively and resolve problems to empower staff and cultivate a positive camp atmosphere.
- Guide groups of children through activities, promoting teamwork, creativity, and well-being.
Your Profile
- Minimum age of 24, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
- Prior experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (ages 8-17).
- Capability to supervise staff and a background in people management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
- Experienced in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
- Exhibits leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Creative, adaptable, and a strong team player, capable of handling a high workload.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
- Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
