From June 25th to August 10th, 2026, we welcome children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to a unique environment that challenges, encourages, and supports them through a variety of activities. Your Mission
As a Section Head, you will lead a dynamic team of monitors, overseeing either our Junior, Teen, or Senior campers. Your role is to inspire your team to unleash their creativity and showcase their leadership qualities while ensuring that both monitors and campers enjoy their time and meet their responsibilities. Our Summer Camp staff are enthusiastic, upbeat, and motivated, fostering a spirit of fun and engagement among the children!
Your Responsibilities
- Lead camp monitors by setting a positive example and providing continuous support to enhance their performance.
- Organize and oversee the daily camp plan, ensuring activities are well-coordinated and staff are prepared.
- Supervise daily activities to engage campers, maintaining safety while monitoring camp personnel.
- Act as the primary communication link between your section’s monitors and camp management, efficiently addressing concerns.
- Delegate tasks effectively and resolve issues to empower staff and cultivate a positive camp atmosphere.
- Guide groups of children through various activities, promoting teamwork, creativity, and well-being.
Your Profile
- Minimum age of 24, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
- Previous experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (ages 8-17).
- Capability to supervise staff with demonstrated experience in people management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Skilled in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
- Exhibits leadership, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with the capacity to handle a significant workload.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
- Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
