From June 25th to August 10th, 2026, Beau Soleil is thrilled to welcome children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to our exciting Summer Camp! In this exceptional environment, campers are challenged, encouraged, and supported through a variety of activities and experiences. Our Summer Camp offers a transformative experience where lasting international friendships are forged, and participants can build their self-confidence. Your Mission
As a Section Head, you will lead a dynamic team of monitors, focusing on either our Junior, Teen, or Senior campers. Your role will involve inspiring your crew to tap into their creativity and leadership skills while ensuring that both monitors and campers are enjoying their time while fulfilling their responsibilities. Our Summer Camp staff are enthusiastic, upbeat, and motivated individuals who thrive on sharing their vibrant spirit of fun with the children!
Your Responsibilities
- Lead camp monitors by setting a positive example and providing ongoing support to enhance performance.
- Organize and oversee the daily camp plan, ensuring activities are coordinated and staff are prepared.
- Supervise daily activities to engage campers and ensure safety while monitoring camp staff.
- Serve as the primary communication link between section monitors and camp management, addressing concerns efficiently.
- Delegate tasks effectively and solve problems to empower staff and foster a positive camp environment.
- Guide groups of children through activities, promoting teamwork, creativity, and well-being.
Your Profile
- Minimum age of 24, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
- Prior experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (ages 8-17).
- Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
- Proficient in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
- Exhibits leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with the capacity to manage a high workload.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
- Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
