Join Our Summer Camp Staff at Beau Soleil!

From 29th June to 1st August 2026, Beau Soleil is excited to offer a vibrant Summer Camp experience! We welcome children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to a unique environment where they are challenged, encouraged, and supported through a wide array of activities. The Beau Soleil Summer Camp is a journey like no other, where international friendships flourish and participants build their self-confidence. Our dedicated staff plays a vital role in making this experience unforgettable!

Your Mission

Our summer camp staff are enthusiastic, cheerful, and motivated individuals who share a passion for creating fun-filled experiences for our campers. Monitors lead a diverse range of engaging activities amid the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss Alps. Acting as role models, our monitors cultivate a warm and safe environment, contributing their energy and sense of fun to ensure an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure campers’ safety and well-being during all activities.
• Take full responsibility for 10-12 campers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Plan and lead recreational activities both on- and off-campus.
• Provide 24/7 care, emotional support, and guidance for campers.
• Assist campers, resolve conflicts, and promote positive interactions.
• Enforce camp rules and safety guidelines effectively.
• Act as the main contact for families, addressing any concerns directly.
• Communicate schedules and address concerns with campers, parents, and staff.
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 20, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (ages 8-17).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Skilled in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
• Demonstrates leadership, a positive attitude, and calmness under pressure.
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
