From June 25th to August 10th, 2026, Beau Soleil invites children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to join us for an unforgettable Summer Camp experience. Your Mission

Join us this summer as the Head of Hospitality, where your leadership will truly shine! You will inspire a dedicated team that is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all hospitality operations run smoothly. Collaborate with various departments—Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance—to create memorable experiences for our campers. Step into this pivotal role and make a lasting impact on our camp community!

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff
• Coordinate and oversee daily hospitality operations
• Supervise all hospitality-related activities
• Act as the liaison between support staff and the camp management team
• Problem-solve and delegate tasks within the hospitality department
• Collaborate with Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless service

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency
• Prior experience in a hospitality position
• Ability to supervise staff with experience in people management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and remains calm under pressure
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity
• Experience working in multicultural environments
