From 29th June to 10th August 2026, Beau Soleil Summer Camp promises an extraordinary experience filled with fun and adventure! We welcome children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to a vibrant environment where they are challenged, encouraged, and supported through a diverse range of activities. Your Mission

Are you ready to bring energy and creativity this summer? As an Entertainment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head and Deputy Head of Entertainment in delivering captivating evening activities and Sunday games for campers aged 8 to 17. In this dynamic position, you will help prepare and run a variety of exciting events, lead activities with enthusiasm, and contribute innovative ideas to the entertainment programme. Your involvement will foster a lively and positive atmosphere, ensuring that every moment on campus is unforgettable. If you are passionate about inspiring joy, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Entertainment leadership in planning and executing evening activities, free-time events, and Sunday games.
  • Assist with the setup, organization, and smooth execution of all entertainment events.
  • Actively lead and animate events, encouraging participation and fostering a fun atmosphere.
  • Contribute creative ideas and assist with logistics, including materials, setup, timing, and transitions.
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment team and monitors to ensure effective communication and coordination, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Manage minor issues and ensure all entertainment areas remain safe and tidy.

Your Profile

  • Minimum age of 18, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in camps, youth work, entertainment leadership, or activity facilitation is an asset.
  • Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and teenagers.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently while maintaining a positive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable leading groups, taking initiative, and contributing creative ideas.
  • Experience in multicultural environments is appreciated.
