From 29th June to 1st August 2026, Beau Soleil invites children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to experience an extraordinary summer camp filled with excitement and adventure. Nestled in the breathtaking Swiss Alps, our camp is a place where friendships blossom, and self-confidence flourishes. The key to our success lies in our dedicated staff, who bring enthusiasm and joy to the camp environment.

Your Mission

As a member of our summer camp staff, you will be an integral part of creating a fun and safe atmosphere for our campers. Monitors play a vital role in leading a diverse array of engaging activities, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and enjoyment among the children. You will be a role model, helping to establish a warm, friendly, and safe environment, while contributing to the high-energy atmosphere that defines our camp.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure campers' safety and well-being during all activities.
  • Take full responsibility for a group of 10-12 campers, overseeing their well-being.
  • Plan and lead recreational activities both on-campus and off-campus.
  • Provide 24/7 care, emotional support, and guidance for campers.
  • Assist campers in resolving conflicts and promoting positive interactions.
  • Enforce camp rules and safety guidelines proactively.
  • Act as the main contact for families, addressing concerns directly and effectively.
  • Communicate schedules and any issues clearly with campers, parents, and staff.
  • Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Your Profile

  • Minimum age of 20, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising and engaging children/teens (ages 8-17).
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Skilled in leading diverse activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
  • Exhibits leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress.
  • Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with the capacity to handle a high workload.
  • Experience working in multicultural settings.
  • Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
