Your Mission

Join us as the Head of Entertainment, where you’ll lead a talented team committed to crafting an unforgettable entertainment program for our campers! In this dynamic role, you’ll plan and execute a variety of engaging activities, ensuring each camper enjoys a memorable experience. Your leadership will foster a vibrant atmosphere where creativity and enthusiasm thrive, transforming each day into an adventure. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the entertainment staff to express their creativity.
• Ensure the team effectively fulfills their duties and responsibilities.
• Develop and oversee the camp’s entertainment schedule, including evening and on-campus activities.
• Supervise daily evening activities, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Serve as the main communication point between the entertainment team and camp monitors.
• Delegate tasks for efficient event execution.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination.
• Ability to supervise staff, with experience in people management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under stress.
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
