Your Profile

Are you passionate about fitness, full of energy, and ready to inspire the next generation? We are seeking a dynamic fitness professional to join our Fitness Programme and PE Department. If you have a strong background in fitness and are eager to expand your role in Physical Education, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-impact training sessions that promote health, strength, and resilience.
• Lead group workouts and provide individual training, ensuring a vibrant and structured fitness environment.
• Assist with PE lessons and events, while building strong relationships with students from various cultural backgrounds.

This full-time, on-site role aligns with our school’s dynamic timetable. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 1:15 PM to 10:00 PM, including evening fitness sessions and an additional Saturday evening session from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. This position follows the school calendar (term time only, with school holidays off).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured fitness sessions and provide personalized training in small groups.
• Design and manage individual fitness plans and track progress in collaboration with the medical team.
• Deliver inductions, specialized training, and targeted group classes.
• Develop a comprehensive fitness programme aligned with the school’s goals.
• Maintain a safe and professional fitness facility, overseeing daily operations and equipment maintenance.
• Support the PE department with lessons and events.
• Promote a high-performance culture, encouraging student engagement and wellbeing.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in fitness and/or sports.
• First-aid certification.

Experience

• Proven experience in a fitness or coaching capacity.
• Experience in fitness programme development and personal training.
• Prior experience in an educational or PE setting is a plus.

• Confidence in working in English within a dynamic school setting.
