Join Our Summer Camp Team at Beau Soleil!

From 29th June to 1st August 2026, Beau Soleil is excited to offer an incredible Summer Camp experience! We welcome children aged 8 to 17 from all corners of the globe to a unique environment where they are inspired, encouraged, and supported through a diverse range of activities and experiences. At Beau Soleil Summer Camp, lifelong international friendships flourish, and participants can significantly enhance their self-confidence. The heart of our success lies in our dedicated staff!

Your Mission

Our summer camp team is comprised of enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are eager to share their passion for fun with our campers. Monitors engage children in a wide variety of exciting activities, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss Alps. As role models, our staff create a friendly, warm, and safe environment at camp, contributing their positive energy to foster a joyful and dynamic atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure campers’ safety and well-being during all activities.
  • Take full responsibility for a group of 10-12 campers, safeguarding their well-being.
  • Plan and lead recreational activities both on-campus and off-campus.
  • Provide 24/7 care, emotional support, and guidance for campers.
  • Assist campers, resolve conflicts, and foster positive interactions.
  • Enforce camp rules and safety guidelines diligently.
  • Act as the primary contact for families, addressing their concerns directly.
  • Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff about schedules and any concerns.
  • Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Your Profile

  • Minimum age of 20, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (8-17 years old).
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Skilled in leading activities across various subjects, including sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Creative, adaptable, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
  • Experience in multicultural environments is preferred.
  • Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
