From June 29 to August 10, 2026, Beau Soleil offers an unforgettable Summer Camp experience! We invite children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to join us in a remarkable environment where they are encouraged, challenged, and supported through a diverse range of activities. Your Mission

Are you ready to infuse energy and creativity into this summer? As an Entertainment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the Head and Deputy Head of Entertainment in delivering captivating evening activities and Sunday games for our campers aged 8 to 17. In this vibrant role, you will prepare and lead various entertaining events, inspire enthusiasm in activities, and share innovative ideas to enhance our entertainment program. Your contribution will be vital in creating a lively and positive atmosphere, ensuring each moment on campus is truly unforgettable. Your Responsibilities

• Support the Entertainment leadership in planning and executing evening activities, free-time events, and Sunday games.
• Assist in the setup, organization, and safe execution of all entertainment events.
• Actively lead and energize events, encouraging participation and creating a fun atmosphere.
• Contribute creative ideas and support with logistics (materials, setup, timing, transitions).
• Collaborate with the Entertainment team and monitors to ensure effective communication and coordination, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
• Help manage minor issues and ensure all entertainment areas are safe and tidy.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 18, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in camps, youth work, entertainment leadership, or activity facilitation is advantageous.
• Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and teenagers.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Well-organized, reliable, and capable of managing time efficiently while remaining positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable leading groups, taking initiative, and offering creative ideas.
• Experience in multicultural settings is appreciated.
