Your Future Team

Join our vibrant team in Bern as a Sales Associate and be part of something extraordinary! We are a team of 4, currently seeking our next colleague to complete our squad at the Marktgass-passage, Breitling boutique in Bern.

This is more than just a Sales Associate role; it's an opportunity to share your knowledge of Breitling, its heritage, and its exceptional timepieces while showcasing the craftsmanship and expertise of our watchmakers. Your mission will be to build and nurture lasting customer relationships by delivering an exceptional level of service and creating memorable brand experiences.

Your Contribution

• Ensure boutique standards are consistently maintained with a focus on cleanliness and an appealing appearance.
• Capture meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and personalize future opportunities.
• Participate in ad-hoc client and company events.
• Extend your product knowledge through proactive research and participate in trainings.
• Stay informed about industry news, technology, and key market competitors.
• Assist Boutique Management in upholding health and safety requirements.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
• Oversee the organization of back-of-house stock storage.
• Act as a true Brand Ambassador as an integral part of a highly motivated #Squadonamission.

Your Profile

• You possess solid experience in a similar role within the watch industry or similar domains such as hospitality or fashion/apparel.
• You hold a Retail Specialist formation diploma (Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ).
• You enjoy building and developing relationships with clients.
• You have strong communication skills and an ability to understand others' needs.
• You thrive in a work environment that values a Team Player mentality.
• You have a keen interest in and stay up to date with the luxury industry.
• You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), with French skills considered a strong asset.
