Position Overview
For the Salem Hospital in the heart of Bern, we are seeking a dedicated individual for a versatile role in the operating room, specializing in orthopedics, gynecology, or hygiene.

Your Responsibilities
- Instrumentation and assistance in procedures in the following areas:
- Orthopedics, including robotics & traumatology
- Spine, hand, and plastic surgery
- Urology & gynecology, including Da Vinci robotics
- Visceral surgery
- Ensuring a smooth and high-quality operating process
- Proactive and reliable support in all procedures
- Engagement in day operations as well as late and on-call shifts depending on the workload
- Active participation in processes, quality, and team culture
Specialist Responsibilities in Orthopedics / Hygiene / Gynecology
- Professional responsibility for the assigned area
- Development and assurance of standards
- Contact person for materials, instruments & processes
- Close collaboration with doctors, operating room management & interfaces
- Participation in training, onboarding & quality measures
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Diploma Specialist in Operation Technology HF
- Several years of operating room experience is an advantage
- High quality and responsibility orientation
- Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Passion for the profession and strong commitment
