Branch Manager (100%) – Bern
Location: Bern
We are seeking an engaged and motivated individual to take on the role of Branch Manager for our newly opening branch in Bern. The ideal candidate will be ready to start immediately or by agreement.
Your Responsibilities
- Leadership and organization of branch operations
- Active customer consultation and sales of the product range
- Responsibility for cashier activities
- Support in creating individual flower bouquets (after appropriate training)
- Ensuring an appealing merchandise presentation
- Inventory management and restocking of products
- Leadership and support of the sales team
Your Profile
- Completed training in retail or several years of professional experience in sales
- Initial leadership experience is advantageous
- Very good German language skills (at least B2)
- Enjoyment of customer contact and sales
- Interest in flowers, plants, and floristry
- Physically resilient and flexible regarding working hours (morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts)
- Willingness to undergo training at the Basel branch before starting in Bern
