Your Mission on the Construction Site

• Set up roof trusses, facades, stairs, or complete wooden structures.
• Work at construction sites, whether at great heights or on solid ground.
• Adhere to precise plans, using machines or working by hand.
• Renovate, restore, and improve older structures, ensuring their stability.
• Understand wood behavior and work proactively.
• Implement safety standards for yourself and the entire team.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualification as a Carpenter EFZ: Craftsmanship, physical endurance, and a willingness to work at heights.
• Experience in timber construction is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Driving license category B is ideal, but not required.
• Ability to understand, speak, and communicate in German.
