Position: Surface Treatment Specialist (100%)
As a Surface Treatment Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing engine components (e.g., cleaning, masking, degreasing)
- Performing surface finishing processes (e.g., coating, plating)
- Conducting mechanical finishing tasks such as grinding and blending
- Carrying out self-inspection and documenting results
- Operating and monitoring treatment processes and equipment
- Adhering to safety, quality, and chemical-handling standards
- Implementing the 5S methodology and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Completed technical apprenticeship in surface treatment, mechanics, production, or a related field
- Experience in paint, coating, blending, or plating
- Reliable, accurate, and quality-driven work style
- Team-oriented, flexible, and dependable
- Proficient in German (minimum B2); English is beneficial
- Willingness to work two shifts
- Basic IT skills
