Your Responsibilities
- Rigging & De-Rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines for the engine test run in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
- Perform final engine test runs of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines per manufacturer's instructions.
- Conduct borescope inspections after test runs.
- Engage in troubleshooting within the test cell.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner, maintaining independent self-control over performed orders.
- Document all activities in compliance with regulations.
- Focus on continuous improvement of executed processes to enhance quality and reduce production costs.
Your Profile
- Technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine or automobile mechanics), with borescope inspection certification and 2+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, demonstrating the ability to work independently with precision and responsibility.
- Solid problem-solving abilities complemented by clear and effective communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a two-shift schedule, demonstrating a flexible and reliable approach.
- Strong team player with an open-minded, dedicated attitude.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost efficiency in daily work.
- Good command of MS Office and SAP; proficiency in English at B2 level, with German being a plus.
