Engine Mechanic Position

We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor in various areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. If this opportunity aligns with your career aspirations, we encourage you to apply online using the form below.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56).
  • Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations.
  • Deliver assigned work on time and to high-quality standards.
  • Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement.
  • Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
  • Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical sector.
  • Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects.
  • High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Good English skills (minimum B1), and German speaking is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a 2-shift system.
