Quality Inspector Position
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across various areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich Airport. If you are interested, we encourage you to apply online using the form below for the Quality Inspector position.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies supporting one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders.
- Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
- Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
- Work independently while thinking and acting economically.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
- Relevant work experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated with a precise and accountable work approach.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing demands.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Good English skills (minimum B2); German-speaking is an advantage.
- Able to work in a 2-shift system.
