The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich, now managed by Cycas Hospitality, a leading white label hotel operator in Europe.
Our hotel offers 343 apartments and 104 hotel rooms, providing an excellent mix for both long business stays and short city trips to Zurich. Ideally located about 15 minutes from the city center and just 10 minutes from Zurich International Airport, our guests enjoy a range of amenities, including a fitness area, the Italian restaurant LUIGIA, an inviting inner courtyard, two vibrant bars, and a scenic rooftop terrace.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and facilities.
- Handle special requests and VIP guests with professionalism.
- Assist in maximizing room bookings and occupancy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in reservation management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
