Your Responsibilities

• Provide individual care and support to recently operated patients and those needing monitoring from various medical specialties.
• Assist in emergency and crisis situations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments of the clinic and attending physicians.

Required Qualifications

• Qualification as a registered nurse (Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH).
• Several years of professional experience in an acute care ward; experience in recovery rooms is an advantage.
• Affinity for technology and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and participate in further training and education.

Additional Skills and Knowledge

• High flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational talent.
• Good command of the German language, both spoken and written (Certificate B2).
• Proficient IT user skills.
• High social competence and strong empathy.
• Ability to work in a team and guide colleagues.
