Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean kitchen and ensure that equipment is properly supported and organized.
• Possess a good knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Keep all kitchen sections clean and sanitized.
• Ensure cookware is cleaned, well organized, and ready for use.
• Wash kitchen utensils and equipment, including stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, deep fryers, etc.
• Report damaged or defective equipment to management.
• Assist in managing inventory by tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and storing supplies correctly.
• Prepare mise en place and arrange platters.
