Responsibilities

• Lead line cooking and oversee all food preparation within your designated section
• Prepare personalized meals catering to customers with special dietary requirements
• Coordinate the work of trainees
• Be adaptable and capable of working in any section of the kitchen

• Exhibit flexibility, open-mindedness, and a desire for personal skill development
• Possess strong organizational skills and thrive in a busy environment
• Can communicate effectively in English

Requirements

• Expect a background in a similar or same position
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a hardworking attitude
• Possess high-end cooking experience
• Have casual cooking and catering experience
• Hold knowledge of international cuisines
• Display a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity
• Commit to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg, aligning with the school's values and ethos
• Be a resident of Switzerland, holding a valid Swiss work permit, or be a citizen of EU/EFTA member states
