Responsibilities

• Manage line cooking and oversee food preparation in your designated section.
• Work across various sections of the kitchen, including Chef Tournant responsibilities.
• Assist in the Patisserie under the guidance of our Sous Chefs.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar or identical role is expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic.
• Essential high-end cooking experience.
• Familiarity with casual cooking and catering.
• Knowledge of international cuisines and pastry.
• A profound understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• Commitment to the ongoing development and excellence at Institut auf dem Rosenberg while upholding the school's values and ethos.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
