The Hotel Services Coordinator at Institut auf dem Rosenberg will act as a versatile support team member, providing assistance across the core Hotel Services areas, including Facilities, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. This role is designed to ensure smooth operations and service excellence wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support
- Provide on-demand support across Facilities, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations.
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance coordination and property-related tasks.
- Support meal service in the dining hall during busy periods or special events.
- Offer housekeeping assistance during peak times, transitions, and deep-cleaning schedules.
- Flexibility & Service Delivery
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support tasks based on daily operational needs.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service across all areas of involvement.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional presence in all student- and staff-facing interactions.
- Communication & Task Coordination
- Relay relevant updates, issues, or requests between departments and supervisors.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure efficient scheduling and task coverage.
- Follow up on open tasks to ensure timely completion and service continuity.
- Event & Logistics Support
- Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of school events and functions.
- Coordinate with Facilities and F&B teams for event logistics and support.
- Monitor event spaces for readiness and respond to last-minute requests.
- Quality Control & Standards Monitoring
- Regularly inspect operational areas for cleanliness, order, and presentation.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant departments.
- Support implementation of standards and service guidelines.
