  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets management, logging, monitoring, and basic cloud-security practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate operational challenges into pragmatic, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, or another regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data protection by design, information-security controls, quality management systems, or regulated software processes.
  • Experience with AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise search, document extraction and classification, AI evaluation, or workflow monitoring.
  • Experience with low-code or no-code automation platforms alongside traditional software development.

You will work closely with compliance, security, privacy, quality, AI, and regulatory experts. While you are not expected to make governance or regulatory decisions independently, your role involves understanding agreed requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions and operational controls.
