Position: Regional Team Lead Electrophysiology – Central Switzerland

We are seeking a Regional Team Lead for our Electrophysiology division. This position plays a critical role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the clinical sales team and strong project management.
  • Collaborating closely with the Clinical Training Lead to recruit, coach, develop, and inspire Clinical Support Specialists.
  • Launching innovations across the region with the support of the New Technology Specialist.
  • Implementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area.
  • Building and cultivating long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in and leading conferences, seminars, and customer events (both domestic and international).
  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager while working closely with other sales-related functions.
  • Managing employee performance and development through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and focus on key objectives.
  • Track record of consistently achieving quarterly and annual targets.
  • Demonstrated initiative and execution, effectively overcoming obstacles and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong partnerships with physicians, nurses, hospitals, and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of the product, industry, and necessary sales techniques.
  • Fluency in German is mandatory.
  • High-level educational background.
  • At least 4 years of experience in MedTech within Switzerland, including experience in a sales position.
