Job Description
Do you want to actively shape customer projects from order intake through to installation and final acceptance? As Project Leader Customer Projects, you will lead international projects in PVD and vacuum technology, combining technical expertise with customer focus and project management. Your experience will enable you to take ownership and ensure structured and successful execution.
What You Will Be Doing
- Take ownership: Lead customer projects from order intake, ensuring a solid project setup and coordinating kick-off and alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure control: Manage budget, timeline, and quality, ensuring structured execution across all project phases.
- Support procurement: Oversee purchasing activities and ensure transparency and progress across the supply chain.
- Coordinate installation & acceptance: Plan and manage installation and acceptance phases (IAT) with internal and external partners.
- Drive collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, actively propelling projects forward.
What You Should Bring
- Experience: Approximately 5 years of experience in technical project management in an industrial environment.
- Educational background: A higher technical degree (FH/ETH/University) or equivalent.
- Technical understanding: Ideally exposure to PVD or vacuum technology, or a strong eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication: Well-connected across the organization, ensuring clear and structured alignment.
- Languages & mobility: Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel (approximately 15-20%).
