This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading German design-and-build contractor specializing in complex construction projects across the UK and Europe. As a German-speaking Project Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while managing projects from initial client engagement through to contract award. This role can be based in either the company’s UK head office in Slough, the Amsterdam office, or the Germany head office near Coblenz.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead incoming tender and bid submissions from enquiry through to contract award
• Prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates, and project presentations
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Support contract negotiations and help secure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the bid and pre-contract stages
