SCRUM Master / Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SCRUM Master/Agile Coach/Delivery Manager for an international client. This role is pivotal in supporting the client during their agile transformation journey and coaching teams on best practices in agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as SCRUM Master and Agile Coach.
• Serve as Delivery Manager across two teams.
• Drive agile transformation initiatives throughout the organization.
• Lead multiple agile teams, consisting of approximately 15 individuals across two teams.
• Support agile teams with prioritization and work planning.
• Engage in active communication with IT and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering teams.
• Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and technical agility.
• Provide guidance on agile practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project experience as a SCRUM Master.
• Experience as a Coach, Mentor, or Lead.
• Proven background as a Delivery Manager.
• Experience in leading multiple agile teams (approximately 15 people across two teams or more).
• Project experience in agile transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Experience with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile technical practices that enhance development speed and quality.
• Demonstrated experience with various agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Spotify Model, or LeSS (at least one).
• Experience working in international organizations.
• Certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM II, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC) are a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Project Details

• Start: December
• Duration: 2 months (+ option to extend) - long-term assignment
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Mainly remote, with some on-site work for workshops in Germany required once a quarter.
• Languages: Fluency in English
