Job Opportunity: SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant
RED Global is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant (Employee Central) to be part of a major international HR transformation program.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting multiple migration waves, executing comprehensive Employee Central data migration activities, and ensuring successful delivery throughout various phases, including testing and cutover.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end data migration activities throughout the full ETL lifecycle (Extraction, Transformation & Loading).
- Extract employee and organizational data from source systems using SuccessFactors reporting and extraction tools.
- Perform data loads into Employee Central utilizing standard import templates and mass upload processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and deployment migration cycles.
- Manage migration tracking activities, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams and migration leads to ensure data quality and successful results across multiple program waves.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (essential).
- Proven implementation experience in SuccessFactors.
- Solid background in EC data migration and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Infoporter and/or BIB Replication (essential).
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation activities.
