Job Opportunity: Mulesoft Developer/Tech Lead
We are seeking an experienced Mulesoft Developer/Tech Lead for our international client. Your primary responsibility will be to support ongoing Mulesoft projects, ensuring alignment with the client's standards and requirements. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately five Mulesoft Engineers while also participating in migration projects to a new JAVA stack and providing continuous system support.
The ideal candidate will be located in nearshore regions and able to provide services within the CET timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Mulesoft Developer.
- Serve as the Mulesoft Tech Lead, coordinating the team of Engineers.
- Conduct low-level design of Mulesoft development.
- Define user stories.
- Create custom libraries and write API code.
- Execute code reviews.
- Lead the engineer team approximately 50% of the time, holding technical responsibility.
- Manage timelines and tasks and report status updates.
- Oversee escalation management.
Requirements:
- Strong project experience in Mulesoft across the entire cloud hub.
- Long-term project experience in Mulesoft API development.
- Experience as a technical lead, team lead, coordinator, or manager of a development/engineering team.
- Proven track record of status update reporting and escalation management.
- Project experience with API coding.
- Familiarity with key integration patterns and tools such as event-based, messaging, ETL, ESB, and microservices-based integration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of security.
- ETL knowledge is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Project Details:
- Start: November
- Duration: Until the end of December (with an option to extend)
- Workload: 5 days per week, CET working hours
- Location: 100% remote
